How we did it
Block B had not played Paris in ten years. When U-Kwon came back for a solo spring date, the room at Backstage By the Mill filled with an audience that had been waiting a decade — and closed the night with a French flag signed on stage.
Keystone Lab was the promoter of the show — carrying the date, the risk and the box office — and produced it end to end: negotiating the venue and its technical package, adding the microphone kit, and running the room from load-in at 11:00 through to curtain. An MC handled live Korean-French translation on stage, and a two-person team ran ticketing, the VIP programme and interpreting across the day.
Around the show itself: an influencer and press campaign to carry the announcement, a merchandising line of t-shirts and a 200-copy poster run with its own stand, plus transport, accommodation and hospitality for the visiting crew.
