How we did it
Korea joined the OECD in December 1996. Three decades on, the Permanent Delegation marked the anniversary with an evening of music, culture and friendship inside the organisation's Paris headquarters — with a performance by Gongmyung, the Korean traditional ensemble.
Keystone Lab produced the evening over a month of preparation: a three-screen 98-inch video wall driven by a Modulo media server, full stage lighting, and a Korean video operator flown in and integrated with the local crew — all installed inside an institutional venue with its own constraints and its own technical rules.
Around the technical build sat everything that makes a delegation's evening work: liaison with the OECD on rental and equipment, a van-and-truck transport plan with drivers doubling as coordinators and interpreters, and accommodation and catering for the visiting artists and crew.
