How we did it

For the duration of the Winter Paralympics, Korea House settled into Cortina d'Ampezzo as the Korean delegation's base — a welcome hall, the Korean Paralympic Committee pavilion, a leadership lounge, a diplomatic lounge and rest areas for the athletes.

Keystone Lab acted as the local event agency on the ground: running Korea House itself, planning transport and logistics across the mountain venues, coordinating between the Korean delegation and the Italian suppliers, and recruiting and managing the on-site workforce — drivers, hosts and operations staff — day after day.

Large-scale international projects always come down to one thing: execution.
