How we did it
The 프랑스 동포 간담회 — the President's meeting with Korean nationals living in France — brought the community together in the grand hall of the Pavillon Cambon Capucines, under the venue's glass roof and marble columns, for a seated dinner and an official address.
Keystone Lab handled event and technical coordination for the Embassy: a 7-by-3-metre stage with platform and carpet, a full-width backdrop and photowall pairing N Seoul Tower with the Eiffel Tower, a lectern for the official address, sound and lighting with the venue's teams, and a simultaneous interpretation booth with its own camera and screen feed.
Around the stage, the hall was dressed for the dinner — table design, partitions and the delivery of every element — installed over two days and closed by a string quartet on the same stage.
